hospitality is our mission
There are a number of ways we can host you.
Group Retreats
We offer overnight accommodations for up to 15 retreatants in two guest houses, with access to an array of indoor and outdoor spaces for your meetings and activities. Additional guests are welcome for the day. Your group may self-cater in our spacious guest house kitchen, or Bethany House will provide wholesome meals and snacks. Just down the hill, Arlington Center offers a variety of affordable dining options. Bethany House Colleagues can also provide group facilitation or retreat design and leadership if desired.
Quiet Days for individuals
We invite you to step away from your computer and phone or daily cares for a while and give your spirit the gift of refreshment with a quiet day on our campus. You may choose to pray or meditate in the Chapel, to walk the labyrinth of stone and grass, or simply to rest, read, journal, pray, reflect. The self-structured day is yours, away from the distractions and demands of contemporary living, to nourish your soul with simplicity and beauty. Meals are not provided yet kitchen access for refreshments, food preparation are possible. If you wish to meet with a spiritual director while here we can help to arrange that to meet your hopes for this Sabbath time.

Themed retreats and special events are offered throughout the year. From poetry readings and art exhibitions, to retreats specifically designed to deepen aspects of the spiritual life, our programs serve to nourish and renew your soul. Offerings have included:
